We offer a complete service from rig evaluations - including spars, running and standing rigging, to specification and supply of rigging for custom rigs, full or part re-rigs and rig repairs.

Running Rigging

We stock a wide range of conventional and high-tech ropes from braids to high spec racing Dyneema. We supply rope for halyards, sheets, mooring and fender lines, anchor warps. We splice everything on site.

Standing Rigging

Rig tuning and evaluations for custom rigs, full or part re-rigs and rig repairs. For the production of shrouds, forestays, backstays, guard rails, we have a wire swaging facility 2mm to 28mm. We also have a Talurit press for flexible wire work.  Stainless steel wire in 1x19, 7x19 and 7x7 constructions, and a mobile swaging machine for onsite rigging jobs.

Classic Yachts

We make use of both traditional and modern techniques when working on classic yachts, restorations, replicas or a brand new vessel. Everything is made specifically to suit your boat, with an emphasis on quality workmanship to give the reliability and finish you need.

Architectural

Stainless steel to accompany glass balustrades on decking and balconies. Wire and trellis for garden projects. Custom signage and flag poles using rigging fittings. Green wall and façade planting systems.

Surveys and inspections

Rig inspections can identify potential issues with your rig before they become a danger. Regular checks enable you to plan your rigging replacement program over a longer period of time and can save you money in the long term. We recommend annual rig checks.
